Passaic County, NJ: Impact Passaic Collective Impact initiative (Oct 2020 – Feb 2022). Subcontractor to Janus Solutions for the Passaic County Department of Human Services. Led the Homelessness & Housing Task Force, including the COVID-19 Emergency Rental Assistance Program (ERAP); set up the online portal for collecting applicant data and processing rental assistance applications. Helped the department pass a HUD audit and improve its service delivery systems using technology.
Competitive state grants. Secured six-figure state grant awards, with ongoing program and financial reporting.
